While rather time consuming, the adult sized throws I make are wonderful. They range from a very soft and delicate texture to double thickness for warmth. They can be customized by color, style, pattern...really the sky is the limit!

These projects do take time depending on difficulty of pattern: typically 2 - 3 months
I have one just like this, it is incredibly soft, but the best thing about it is that it is made with love. Everyone should have one!
